In this foundational module, we empower leaders to enhance their self-awareness.

STATES OF MIND - PART – 1

By gaining insights into the emotional states of others, leaders can effectively motivate, lead, and collaborate with their teams, resulting in increased productivity and a positive work environment.
THE CONCEPT OF MAP
In this module, leaders delve into the concept of the "map" of each individual's mind. They'll gain a profound understanding of the uniqueness of every team member, exploring how people form their own generalizations, deletions, and distortions. By recognizing these mental filters, leaders can effectively respond to them, guiding their teams towards a shared reality and fostering resourcefulness in the workplace.
RAPPORT BUILDING
This module empowers leaders with the essential skill of building rapport. By learning how to step into the mental "map" of others, leaders can establish subconscious trust, eliminate resistance, and lead in a way that fosters cooperation and productivity. Effective rapport building is the key to inspiring and mobilizing teams towards successful outcomes.
4 STEP EI COMMUNICATION

The focus is on blending authority and compassion, ensuring that the communicator is both respected and maintains a positive working relationship. By mastering these 4 steps of emotional intelligence communication, leaders can convey difficult messages while preserving the integrity of their relationships and the effectiveness of their leadership.
META MODEL - THE ART OF EXTRACTION
In this module, leaders are equipped with the Meta Model to extract information that may have been deleted, distorted, or generalized during conversations. By honing this skill, leaders focus on the raw data rather than the narratives, enabling them to respond more effectively and guide their teams toward a clearer understanding of reality.
This empowers leaders to make informed decisions and lead their teams with greater clarity.
MILTON MODEL - THE ART OF SUGGESTING
In this module, leaders explore the Milton Model, which emphasizes the art of providing suggestions while reducing resistance in others. This linguistic approach helps leaders guide people's thought patterns in a desired direction, fostering receptiveness and alignment. CALIBRATION
In this final module of level 1, leaders delve into the art of calibration, which involves reading and responding to non-verbal cues from people without attaching immediate meaning to them.
By recognizing that non-verbals are indicators of underlying thought patterns, leaders can respond strategically rather than making assumptions or reacting inappropriately. This skill enhances their ability to address underlying issues and foster effective communication and leadership.
